Practice Description

Specializing in real estate transactions and litigation, Adam Fink has over 15 years of experience. Mr. Fink graduated magna cum laude from Colorado College with a B.A. in Economics and Finance (2002) and from the University of Colorado School of Law (2005).  Adam is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Illinois with memberships in the Colorado Bar Association and Pitkin County Bar Association.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Fink was a Development Manager for a major mixed-use real estate development company and the Director of Development for a national hotel development and management company. Adam was a clerk for the Colorado Attorney General's Office while in law school. This background provided Mr. Fink with a wide range of legal experience with land use approvals, lease drafting, homeowners associations, construction, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Fink leverages his background in business and development to provide counsel directed at driving bottom-line goals for his clients.
